Premium aquarium-glass edge polishing
Aquarium-glass fabricators often ask how to raise the finish when the glass and production method appear unchanged. Aquarium glass already has a demanding polishing requirement, so the final wheel must support both a stable edge process and the appearance expected from clear glass.
CE-3 is produced from imported rubber material under high-temperature pressing for final polishing on glass edging machines. In on-site replacement and test work, the aim is a smoother, clearer polished edge while keeping the machine process stable. Confirm the current straight-line edging machine, wheel position, glass type, bore and process conditions before quotation.
For ultra-clear aquarium glass, the final result depends on the full wheel sequence, machine condition and operating parameters—not on the polishing wheel alone. Match the wheel correctly to help produce a clean, bright glass edge and a more consistent finished appearance.
