What this product is used for
Glass hole drilling for glass processors using diamond core drill bits. Confirm machine alignment, G1/2 connection, hole diameter, glass thickness and internal water cooling before quotation.
Drilling edge-chipping troubleshooting
Customers often see glass chipping as soon as the drill bit enters the glass, then spend hours adjusting the machine, changing parameters and checking material without finding the source. During on-site troubleshooting, we found the drill body was not perpendicular during rotation and the machine itself was tilted. This directly affects dynamic balance, so uneven force at high speed shifts the bit on contact and produces rough, chipped holes.
After replacing the tool with a ZHUIFENG integral diamond glass drill bit, the test run showed smooth holes without edge chipping and stable machine operation. When drilling problems recur, confirm drill-body alignment, machine level, cooling, connection and drill quality before changing more process parameters.
